Among the students honored were Homer's Sarah M. Fellows and Maggie R. Koplin, and Seward's Rachel M. Tougas.

A freshman in Oregon State's University Exploratory Studies program, Fellows recorded straight As. Koplin was among the students attaining 3.5 or better marks. Koplin is a junior pre-business major.

A senior art major, Toungas was also included among the 3.5 or better honorees.
